Labour, Employment and Human Rights Law
In her labour, employment and human rights law practice, Joanne advises both employees and employers on various workplace matters, drawing on her experience as in-house labour and employment counsel and a labour relations officer. Through her experience advising both employers and employees, Joanne brings a balanced and practical perspective to workplace legal issues. Joanne also uses her training and expertise as a workplace investigator to advise employees who are participating in workplace investigations as complainants or respondents.
